MeghaX pricing explained
MeghaX uses simple seat-based pricing: $15 per admin user and $3 per employee user per month. There is no separate platform fee, and features are not gated by plan.

Seat pricing
- •Admin users ($15/month) — configure the system: company settings, roles, permissions, and other workspace-wide controls that affect everyone.
- •Employee users ($3/month) — do the work. With the right permissions, regular users can run CRM, HR, contracts, time, invoicing, hiring, and other modules — not a limited “light” seat.
Seat type is about configuration power vs. operating access, not about locking features behind the admin price. You can add or remove users at any time.
Typical monthly cost example
A team with 2 admins and 10 employees starts at $60/month:
- 2 admins × $15 = $30
- 10 employees × $3 = $30
- Total = $60/month
That Professional starting package includes 500 AI credits per billing cycle and 10GB storage. Unused included credits do not roll over. Prepaid credit packs, optional auto top-up, and Extra Storage (auto-metered in +50 GB / $19 increments beyond included quota) are available from Billing.
Professional vs Custom
Professional is for growing teams and scales with headcount. Custom is for organizations that need dedicated support, multi-tenancy, white-label options, advanced security, or custom module development.
Every customer gets full platform access from day one. Features are never gated — only the level of service and customization differs.
AI credits and optional services
AI credits power intelligent features such as resume analysis, contract summaries, and MIRA Copilot. Purchase prepaid packs from the dashboard, or enable optional auto top-up with a monthly spend cap. Extra Storage beyond included quota is auto-billed in +50 GB increments at $19/month each. There are no mandatory setup fees. Optional Professional Services (Company Setup and Custom Modules) are quoted based on scope.

How does user pricing work?
You pay $15 per admin user and $3 per employee user per month. Admin seats are for people who configure the system — company settings, roles, permissions, and other workspace-wide controls. Employee seats are for operators who do the work: with the right permissions they can use CRM, HR, contracts, time, invoicing, hiring, and the rest of the platform. Seat type is not a feature gate for day-to-day work. You can add or remove users at any time.
What are AI credits and how much do they cost?
AI credits power the intelligent features inside MeghaX — resume analysis, deal analysis, contract summaries, MIRA Copilot, and more. Every Professional plan includes 500 AI credits per billing cycle. Unused included credits do not roll over. Need more? Purchase prepaid credit packs from your dashboard — they never expire until used. You can also enable optional auto top-up to buy a pack automatically when remaining credits fall below your threshold, with a monthly spend cap.
How does storage work?
Professional includes 10 GB of file storage (Free includes 2 GB). Usage beyond the included quota is billed automatically in +50 GB increments at $19/month each (prorated when a new block is added mid-cycle). For example, 120 GB used on a 10 GB plan needs 3 blocks → $57/month until usage drops. New uploads are blocked only if billing cannot add Extra Storage (e.g. no active subscription).
Do all plans get the same features?
Yes. There are no feature restrictions based on plan. Every customer gets full access to the platform from day one. The Professional plan is built for growing teams and scales with your headcount — add admins and employees at any time. The Custom plan is designed for enterprises that need dedicated support, multi-tenancy, white-label options, advanced security, or custom module development. What is the typical monthly cost?
A team with 2 admins and 10 employees starts at $60/month — that’s $30 for admin seats ($15 × 2) + $30 for employee seats ($3 × 10). No platform fee. As your team grows, you add seats at $15/admin and $3/employee. AI credit packs and Extra Storage are optional add-ons.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes. You can add or remove users at any time, purchase AI credit packs, enable auto top-up, and add Extra Storage as needed. We offer a simple pricing structure — Professional and Custom — designed to provide the same full-featured experience for every company.
What are Professional Services?
We offer optional Company Setup (one-time configuration, data import, workflow design, integrations, and training) and Custom Modules & Enhancements (tailored features and industry-specific workflows). Both are priced based on complexity and scope.
Is there a free plan?
You can start on a limited Free plan during signup (1 admin, up to 3 employees, 100 AI credits/month, 2 GB storage) and upgrade to Professional anytime. If a paid subscription lapses after the billing grace period, workspaces may also move to the Free plan until billing is restored.
How do I get started?
Create your company workspace at app.meghax.com. During setup you can subscribe to Professional or continue on the Free plan. Full platform access is available from day one on either plan.
Is there a setup fee?
No. There are no mandatory setup fees. We do offer optional Professional Services (Company Setup and Custom Modules) for companies that want hands-on support or customization, quoted based on scope.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. You pay $15/admin/month + $3/employee/month. Included AI credits and storage are part of your plan. Optional prepaid credit packs, auto top-up, and Extra Storage (+50 GB / $19/mo) are clearly priced in Billing. Professional services are quoted separately only when you request them.
