Why We Built MeghaX
I spent 10 years building companies — from zero to 100+ people. Every scaling phase brought the same nightmare: tool sprawl. HubSpot, Greenhouse, BambooHR, Stripe, Wave, Calendly, Slack, Asana. Each solved one problem beautifully. Together, they solved nothing.
Our data was fractured. I'd spend hours in spreadsheets trying to connect the dots: How many of our top revenue customers came from which recruiter? Are we hiring faster than we can train? Where is cash leaking? The answers were always scattered across tools I didn't own.
Worse, my team felt it too. Sales didn't know HR was hiring like crazy (which meant headcount burn was worse than expected). Operations didn't see the pipeline deals that would hit next quarter (which meant resource planning was always reactive). Finance never had fresh data on project profitability.
By the time we figured out what was happening, we'd already made three bad decisions. That's expensive at a startup.
I started asking: What if there was one platform — built for companies like us — that held all the operating data and made sense of it? Not a platform for sales, or HR, or finance. A platform for running a company.
