MeghaX pricing explained simply

Buyers should not need a scavenger hunt to understand software pricing. MeghaX is intentionally simple: you pay for seats, AI usage is metered with included credits, and features are not locked behind mystery tiers.

Admin users are $15 per month. Employee users are $3 per month. Admin seats are for configuring the workspace — settings, roles, and permissions that affect the whole system. Employee seats are for operators: with the right permissions they can perform almost everything in CRM, HR, contracts, time, invoicing, hiring, and more. The cheaper seat is not a watered-down product.

A common starting point is 2 admins and 10 employees: $30 + $30 = $60 per month on Professional, with 500 AI credits included each month. Add or remove seats as the team changes.

Free is available at signup with limited seats and credits (1 admin, up to 3 employees, 100 AI credits/month, 2 GB storage) and full platform access. Professional is the public paid plan for services teams scaling with headcount. Custom is for organizations that need dedicated support, multi-tenancy, white-label options, advanced security, or custom module work.

Features are not the wedge between paid plans — service and customization are. Every customer gets full platform access from day one on Free or paid plans.

AI credits power resume analysis, deal analysis, contract help, Mira, and related features. Professional includes 500 credits per billing cycle; Free includes 100. Additional credits can be purchased when you need more.

There are no mandatory setup fees. Optional Professional Services — Company Setup and custom modules — are quoted when you ask for them.
